2005-06: Don Bosco leaves to rejoin the Iowa Star Conference. Membership decreases to 11.
2003-04: BeckmanWestern Dubuque, and Central Clinton join from the disbanding Big Bend Conference. Membership increases to 12.
1999-00: Don Bosco joins from the Iowa Star Conference. Membership increases to 9.
1998-99: Maquoketa rejoins from the Big Bend ConferenceLaSalle consolidates with Regis (Mississippi Valley Conference) to form Xavier. The new school plays in the Mississippi Valley Conference. Membership remains at 8.
1993-94: Vinton becomes Vinton-Shellsburg. Membership remains at 8.
1992-93: Columbus Catholic joins the conference. Regis leaves for the Mississippi Valley Conference. Membership remains at 8.
1991-92: South Tama joins from the Central Iowa Conference. Membership increases to 8.
1988-89: Regis joins the conference. Membership increases to 7.
1987-88: Benton Community and LaSalle join. AnamosaMonticello, and Maquoketa leave to resurrect the Big Bend Conference. Membership is 6.
1986-87: Tipton leaves for the Eastern Iowa Hawkeye Conference.
1973-74: Manchester changes its name to West Delaware. Membership remains at 8.
1943-44: League is renamed WaMaC ConferenceThis was because of another conference had the same name. The new name comes from three rivers in the area: Wapsipinicon, Maquoketa and Cedar.
1942-43: Independence and Vinton join from the disbanding Tri-Valley Conference. Conference is renamed the Tri-River Conference. Membership increases to 8. 
1940-41: Marion and Manchester of the Tri-Valley ConferenceMonticelloAnamosa, and Tipton of the Eastern Iowa Conference; and Maquoketa form the Mid-Six Conference. Original membership is 6.
