1998-99: Ottumwa leaves for the Central Iowa Metro LeagueOskaloosa leaves for the Little Hawkeye Conference. Membership decreases to 5. Conference name is changed to Southeast Conference.
1996-97: Oskaloosa rejoins from the South Central Conference. Membership increases to 7.
