2012-13: Eddyville-Blakesburg becomes Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont. Membership remains at 6.
2006-07: PCM leaves for the Heart of Iowa Conference. Membership decreases to 6.
2000-01: PCM joins from the Raccoon River Conference. Membership increases to 7.
1996-97: Clarke joins from the Little Hawkeye Conference. Eddyville-Blakesburg joins from the disbanding Des Moines River Conference. Pella, Grinnell, and Knoxville leave for the Little Hawkeye Conference. Oskaloosa leaves for the Southeast 7 Conference. Membership decreases to 6.
1983-84: Oskaloosa joins from the Southeast Seven Conference. Grinnell joins from the Central Iowa Conference. Clarke and Winterset leave to help found the Little Hawkeye Conference. Membership remains at 8.
1973-74: Centerville and Davis County join from the Southeast 7 Conference. Membership increases to 8.
1968-69: Indianola leaves for the Central Iowa Conference. Membership decreases to 6.
1967-68: Valley, West Des Moines leaves for the Des Moines Metropolitan Conference. Membership decreases to 7.
