2009-10: Sheldon joins from the Lakes Conference. Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn leaves for the War Eagle Conference. Membership remains at 10.
1990-91: Maurice-Orange City becomes MOC-Floyd Valley. Membership remains at 10. Sibley-Ocheyedan joins from the Lakes Conference. Okoboji joins, after competing as an independent. West Sioux leaves for the War Eagle Conference. Membership increases to 10.
1989-90: George consolidates with Little Rock to form George-Little Rock. Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn joins from the disbanding Sioux Valley Conference. Membership increases to 9.
1975-76: Akron leaves for the Little Sioux Conference. Membership decreases to 8.
1974-75: West Sioux rejoins after competing as an independent. Membership increases to 9.
1967-68: Central Lyon and Sioux Center join form the disbanding Sioux Empire Conference. Membership increases to 8.
1965-66: Central Lyon and West Sioux leave to help form the Sioux Empire Conference. Boyden-Hull joins. Membership decreases to 6.
1961-62: George and West Lyon join. Rock Rapids becomes Central Lyon. Gehlen Catholic leaves to help form the War Eagle Conference. Membership remains at 7.
1960-61: Rock Valley joins. Augustana Academy (SD) leaves. Membership remains at 6.
1959-60: Hawarden consolidates with Ireton to form West Sioux. Orange City becomes Maurice-Orange City.
1953-54: Hawarden and Rock Rapids of the disbanding Tri-State Conference; Orange City, Akron, Gehlen Catholic, and Augustana Academy (SD) form the Siouxland Conference. Original membership is 6.
