2013-14: Villisca consolidates with Corning (Pride of Iowa Conference) to form Southwest Valley. The new school plays in the Pride of Iowa Conference. Membership decreases to 9.
2011-12: Heartland Christian joins, after competing as an independent. Membership increases to 10.
2010-11: Farragut and Hamburg consolidate to form Nishnabotna. The new school remains in the league. Membership decreases to 9.
2007-08: Malvern and Nishna Valley consolidate to form East Mills. The new school remains in the leauge. Membership decreases to 10.

1993-94: Carson-Macedonia consolidates with Oakland (Western Iowa Conferenceto form Riverside. The new school plays in the Western Iowa Conference. Membership decreases to 11.

1988-89: Villisca joins from the Tall Corn Conference. Membership increases to 12.
