The remains of Mrs Rebecca Spurgin, who died at the state hospital at Mt Pleasant, March 5, 1910, were brought to Eddyville and taken out to Bethel chapel, where services and burial was made. She was 77 years, 1 month. Remains were brought by her nephew, J M Beedle.
