DERBY - Kenneth "Barney" Throckmorton, 81, of Derby, died April 6, 1993, at Lucas County Health Center in Chariton.
He was born in Derby.
He was a farmer, retiring in 1973.
He is survived by his wife, Berniece; a daughter, Gloria Vinson of Columbia, Mo.; three sons, Fred of Derby, David of Keosauqua and John of Burlington; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
The service will be 1:30 p.m. today at Mosher Funeral Home in Chariton. Burial will be in Fry Hill Cemetery in rural Lucas.
Memorials may be made to Derby Garden Club or Chariton RLDS Church.
