Linda Loges

Linda Loges, 87, Farmington, died Saturday, May 22, 1993, at the Donnellson Health Center.

She was born August 26, 1905, at Donnellson, the daughter of David D. and Katharine Lowenberg Weber. She married Fred A. Loges on January 25, 1931, at Primrose.

Mrs. Loges had lived in the Primrose area for 62 years. She was a rural school teacher and a member of the Zion Mennonite Church, Donnellson, as well as a member of the Goodwill Mission Circle of her church. She taught Sunday school and was a 4-H leader for many years.

Survivors include her husband, Fred Loges, Farmington; one son, LaVerne Loges, Farmington; one daughter, Lois Orrock, Crown Point, Indiana; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one sister, Elsie Clemenson, Denver, Colorado.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and three sisters.

Family may call Wednesday of Hofbauer Funeral Home in Donnellson, where the family will be present from 7 - 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 27, at 11 a.m. in the Zion Mennonite Church with Reverend Richard Bentzinger officiating. Burial will be in Zion Mennonite Cemetery, Donnellson.

Memorials may be made to the Zion Mennonite Church or cemetery.
