Howard Pinkney Schley Jr. died suddenly on Tuesday at his home in Guadalajara, Mexico. He was born in 1912 in Shepherdstown, W. Va. and married Miss Jessie Jo Bell in 1950. She survives. Memorial services was held in Shepherdstown later.
