Henry Mullett, Sr.

Henry Mullett, Sr., 89, died at 9:10 p.m. Wednesday in his home at route 1, Milton.

He was born in Kansas on Feb. 14, 1894 to Benedict and Mariam Hershburger Mullett. He was married to Alta Shrock, who is deceased. He married Manda Burkholder. She survives.

Other survivors include five daughters, Lizzie Hochstetler, Sarah Miller and (Clara) Hofflerfinger, all of (Hicksville), Oh., Maratha Yoder of Homeworth, Oh., and Eva Mullett of Milton; seven sons, Eli of Sarasota, Fla., Enos of Magrange(Lagrange), Ind. Ma?lon(Mahlon) and Henry, Jr., both of Milton, Melvin of LaGrange, Ind., Leroy of Cynthiana, Ky., and Alvin of rose Bush, Mich.

Surviving are 118 grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, 123 great-grandchildren, and 12 step-great-grandchildren.

Surviving sisters are Elizabeth Bontragger of Centerville, Mich., Lavina Thomas of Leghner, Kan., Saloma Nisley, Paris, Tex. Surviving brothers are Benedict of Greenwood, Del., and William of Essex, Ill. Leo Yoder of Prairie, Miss. is a surviving half-brother.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, 1 p.m. at his home. Conducting services will be the Bishop Eli Detweiler. Burial will be in the Plainview Amish Cemetery ......
