Whereabouts of St Vaclav (Wenceslas) Parish Records?

Please provide any insight into where the parish registries and other documents of St Vaclav (Wenceslas) Roman Catholic Church in Carroll Township (across the township line from Clutier), Tama County, Iowa may have been archived. I have failed to discover when this parish became inactive, although local newspapers noted weddings at the parish through the 1960s and burials into the 1990s. Maybe the Archdiocese of Dubuque?
