Nick Noe former Granville resident passed on at the county home on Saturday, Feb 18th at the age of 78 years. He was born July 4, 1864 in Luxembourg and has lived in this country for 50 years. He was a laborer at Granville for some years. He was unmarried and had no relatives in this county to care for him, so when he became infirmed he was taken in the county home on Mary 14, 1941. he returned once to his native land to visit his relatives. He is survived by one sister and one brother.
Funeral services Monday at St. Joseph’s church were in charge of Rev. J. J. Dalhoff. Pallbearers were Will Niichel, N. T. Schwebach, Tony Hunt, Theo Goergen, Mile Perlot, Albert Jemming fellow members of the Luxembourg Brotherhood. Emil Gloden, another fellow member of Hospers came for the service.Death Record
