Dessie Darrell Addison, 14, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dessie D. Addison, 1127 Fifth avenue, died at a local hospital early Friday morning of complications following an infected knee. He had been ill one week.

He was born at Minden and was a student at the Bloomer junior high school.

He is survived by his parents and by four sisters, Mrs. W. E. [Irene] Chase of Minden and Leona, Juanita and Vera Addison, all living at home.

The body was removed to Cutler's funeral home.
