Pauline Emily (Frederick) Miller, 86, died Friday, January 3, 2014 at Bright Kavanagh House. She was born November 11, 1927 to Emily (Smith) and Arthur Frederick in Des Moines.

Pauline was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary in Bondurant and Bondurant Christian Church. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren and had a deep affection for animals.

Pauline is survived by her children, Dean (Lynn) Miller, Carolyn Streeter (Mike Hall), Jon (Shirley) Miller, and Teri (Ted) Bishop; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brother, Robert (Telva) Frederick; and a host of other family and beloved friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert in 2010; parents; and sister, Betty Anderson.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at Bondurant Christian Church, 304 Grant Street South in Bondurant, with burial to follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in Des Moines. The family will receive visitors from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.

Memorial contributions may be given to Bondurant Christian Church.
