Mrs. Ida Plummer, 89, died Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Rex Cleveland, 2326 S. Nicollet street, after a long illness.

Mrs. Plummer was born in 1869 in Saline County, Neb. At an early age she moved with her family to the Onawa, la. area.

In 1886 she was married to Charles Lundeen.
They moved to the Smithland community, where Mr. Lundeen worked on construction of the Illinois Central railroad. They later farmed in the Ticonic, Ia., area until the death of Mr. Lundeen in 1931. A daughter, Mrs. Blanche Baker of Hornick, also preceded her mother in death.

She was married to C. Felton Plummer in 1939. Mrs. Plummer resided at Ticonic until several months ago when she moved to Sioux City to make her home with Mrs. Cleveland.

Survivors include three other daughters, Mrs. Hilda Graybill of Sioux City, Mrs. Esther Ridgway of Denver, Colo., and Mrs. Opal Houchins of Ticonic; five sons, John Lundeen of Grant Center, Ia., Earl Lundeen of Lake Park, Ia., Wesley Lundeen of Phoenix, Ariz., Clarence Lundeen of Jackson, Neb., and Ralph Lundeen of Sioux City: 20 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Jennie Cripe of Ravenwood, Mo., and two brothers, George Smothers of Galena, Mo., and Fred Smothers of Mapleton. la.

The body was taken to the Rodney funeral home, Rodney, la. Burial will be at Ticonic.
