Fredonia- Mary Hudler died at the homestead, Saturday, Dec. 8th, at 11 p. m., aged 72 years, 7 months, having been a patient sufferer for many weeks. Deceased returned to her comfortable home, from a visit to her son in Missouri, with failing health, a few months ago and was scarcely ever after able to leave her room. Providence decreeing her place in the church vacant forever, where as one of the pillars of the M.E. church since its existence here.

Rev. Johnson delivered quite an impressive funeral discourse on the occasion at the M.E. church, Monday at 11 am. The interment was in the Fredonia cemetery. Mrs. Hudler leaves ten children to mourn her loss, of whom five were unable to be present at her funeral.
