Swea City Pioneer Dies; Ill 5 Days
Funeral services for Mrs. Chas. A. Peterson, who died Sunday, June 10, at her home east of Swea City, were held the following Tuesday afternoon at the Baptist Church in Swea City with the Rev. G. R. Seimans in charge. She had been ill only five days.

Anna Jedebury was born in Sweden on January 9, 1861. When a girl of 20 she came to the United States and located at Galesburg, Illinois. She married Charles A. Peterson at Moline during her first years in this country and she and her husband made their home in Moline until 1891 when they moved to a farm south of Ledyard. The Petersons purchased their home place three years later and Mrs. Peterson lived there until her death. Her husband died December 15, 1926, and she lived with her two sons, Wm. and Art.

Beside the two mentioned she is survived by a son, Walter, at Armstrong, and a daughter, Mrs. Hazel Nelson of Bancroft. There are 17 grandchildren.
