Page SIX, Column 6DEATH TAKES LOCAL WOMAN
Mrs. Gust KELLEY, 61, lifetime resident of Fairfield, passed away this morning at 5:30 a.m. at the St. Joseph hospital in Ottumwa following a major operation last Tuesday (note: in Wapello Co., IA).
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. at the Weston Behner funeral home in charge of Rev. S. P. Williamson. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery. Services at the grave will be in charge of the local W.R.C. chapter.
Mrs. KELLEY was born February 4, 1885 in Fairfield, the daughter of the late David and Vesta Anne BOLEY. She was united in marriage to Gust KELLEY on October 26, 1904.
She was a member of the Christian church, Rebekah lodge, American Legion Auxiliary, and president of the Women's Relief Corps.
Besides her husband, Mrs. KELLEY is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Dale DAVISON, Fairfield; a son, Ernest Van KELLEY, Fairfield; two brothers, Ray BOLEY, Fairfield, and Guy BOLEY, Birmingham; one sister, Mrs. Bessie HOFFMAN, Horton, Kansas; and a grandchild, Donna Jean DAVISON.

Page TWO, Column 7LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS TO ATTEND KELLEY FUNERAL
The Women's Relief Corps will go in a body to the funeral of Mrs. Gust KELLEY which will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Behner funeral home. The group will also have charge of the services at the cemetery. Members are requested to meet at the funeral home at 1:30 p.m.
All Rebekahs are requested to meet at the Odd Fellows hall Monday at 1:30 p.m. to attend in a body the services for sister Myrtle KELLEY.

The Women's Relief Corps has planned a cooperative supper for 6:30 p.m. tomorrow evening, September 19, in Woodman hall, to precede the regular business session.
Members are asked to bring the usual food and table service. During the event there will be draping of the charter for the late Mrs. Gust KELLEY, who was president of the organization at the time of her recent death.
