C. E. CUMMINGS DIES SUDDENLY AT HOME TODAY
Funeral services to be held Monday afternoon at Hoskins Funeral Home

Clarence E. CUMMINGS, life-long resident of Jefferson county, passed away at 3:20 o'clock this morning at his home, 304 West Adams. Mr. CUMMINGS was taken seriously ill Thursday noon.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:30 p.m. at the Hoskins Funeral Home, in charge of Rev. S. P. Williamson. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

Mr. CUMMINGS was born December 10, 1885, in Jefferson county. He had been a resident of Fairfield for the past fifteen years, moving here from the Richwoods vicinity. He had been employed at the Holcomb Auto Service Co. for the past fourteen years. He was a member of Jefferson Lodge No. 4 I. O. O. F. Surviving are his wife, his father, J. H. CUMMINGS, and his stepmother.
