Miss Edna Witt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Witt, is Nora Spring's entry as candidate for queen of the North Iowa band festival to be held in Mason City June 20.

Miss Witt, who will attend the festival in the role of Miss Nora Springs, is a senior in high school. She has been active in numerous activities during her four years in high school. These include girls' glee club, mixed chorus, girls' sextet, declamatory contest and operettas. She was selected for the coveted role of queen candidate by the high school student body.
