Funeral services for Roberta M. Quinn, 74, Wheatland, were held Dec. 13, 1996 at Chapman Funeral Home in Wheatland, with the Rev. Richard Poster officiating. Pallbearers were Mark Moeller, Ben Allen, Randy Rich and Jamie Hayes. Burial was in St. Paul's cemetery, Wheatland.

Mrs. Quinn died Dec. 11 at Genesis West Medical Center in Davenport, following a sudden illness.

The daughter of Robert and Bridget Kenney Wilson, she was born Aug. 10, 1922 in the Bronx, New York. She married Michael Quinn June 6, 1958 in New York.

Mrs. Quinn was a telephone operator for a meat distributor.

She was a member of St. James Catholic church in Toronto.

Mrs. Quinn is survived by her husband; a daughter, Erin Hendrickson, Wheatland; 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 daughters, Lorraine and Bridget; and a grandson.
