Our Neighbors in the Service
Rock Valley, Iowa -- Lieut. Ardelle Van Eldik of the army nurses corps spent a short furlough here with her mother, Mrs. Nellie Van Eldik. She has been in the islands of the South-Pacific where she assisted in the evacuation of mental and malaria patients. While here she addressed the Rotary club, operating a code machine.
