Virginia Alice Riggs Bradley was born Oct. 28, 1915 to Artie R. and Alice M. Lee Riggs. She died Mar. 22, 2000 and is buried in Oak Ridge Memorial Park, Oak Ridge, TN.
Lt. Riggs served in World War II with the U.S. Army Nurse Corps. She was married to Charles A. Bradley.
