Pvt. (f.c.) Helen M. Phillips, has completed the paymaster course at Camp Lejuene, N.C. and has been assigned to duty in the office of the paymaster general, Washington, D.C. She is the daughter of Robert Phillips, 3320 Fifty-fourth st.
