ROTARY TO HAVE DOUBLE FEATURE PROGRAM MONDAY

Rotarians will have a double program at the Monday noon luncheon meeting in the Hotel Blackhawk Gold room. Form 12:40 p.m. to 1 p.m. there will be a discussion of the scholarship project., From 1 to 1:30 p.m, Ensign Wilma Kelley of Davenport, now an instructor at the Naval Reserve Midshipman's school, North Hampton, Mass., will tell of her experience while in service.

Davenport WAVES Enjoy Home Visits

Ensign Wilma Kelley, who has been spending a 14-days' leave with her parents, Mr and Mrs William Kelley, 1709 Farnam street, has returned to her station at Smith college, Northampton, Mass.

She entered the WAVES last July, and received officer's training at Smith college, where she made an outstanding record in the training course. After receiving her commission she was assigned to the Naval Reserve Midshipman's school at Smith college as an instructor of naval history and strategy.
