Miss Rosemary A. Huber, of 2015 West Sixth street, Davenport, who is serving with the WAVES of the United States navy, has just been graduated from the specialist mail school at the U.S. Naval Training Station, Sampson, N.Y., with the rating of specialist (M) third class.
