Ensign Wanda Howard To Report With Navy Nurses in California
Miss Wanda Howard of 2023 Fillmore street, Davenport, has been assigned to duty at Mare Island, Calif., as a navy nurse with the rating of ensign.
She is a graduate of St. Luke's hospital, Davenport. Following her graduation she took post graduate work in pubic health at Ann Arbor, Mich.
She has been employed on the staff of the Davenport V.N.A. for the past seven years.
