WOMEN IN SERVICE

Lieut. Ruth Hilfman, army dietitian, arrived in New York Sunday via plane from Naples, Italy. Having served two years in the European theater of operations, Lieutenant Hilfman will have a 45 day leave after reporting at Ft. Sheridan, Ill. She will visit her mother, Mrs. H.W. Hilfman and her sister, Mrs. H. Worton, both of 426 South Clinton street.

WOMEN IN SERVICE

First Lieut. Ruth I. Hilfman, daughter of Mrs. A.N. Hilfman, 426 South Clinton street, is now being processed through the army ground services forces distribution station at Miami Beach, Fla. Lieutenant Hilfman, a 1932 graduate of the University of Iowa, recently served 26 months as a dietitian in the European theater of operations. She wears the European campaign ribbon with two battle stars.
