Four Des Moines women have started their air-WAC training at Fort Des Moines. They are Joan R. Huffman, 1370 Twenty-third st.; Kathryn E. Quinn, 1973 S.E. Ninth st.; Flossie M. Higdon, 415 S.E. Second st., and Margaret L. Bennett, 1602 Locust st.

Pvt. Flossie M. Higdon, daughter of Mrs. Nora J. Higdon, 415 S.E. Second st, recently left the WAC training center at Fort Des Moines and has reported for duty at Patterson Field, Ohio.
