Former Sioux Cityan Injured In Torpedoing
Word has been received here that Clem Young, former national advertising manager of the Tribune, is in the Brooklyn naval hospital recovering from serious injuries received when his ship was torpedoed.
Mr. Young joined the navy last January and was made a gunnery officer in the merchant marine. When his ship was torpedoed his gun emplacement was shot up and Mr. Young suffered multiple injuries.
