-- Robert Wooldridge, who has been employed at the defense plant at Bettendorf, will go to Des Moines today, having enlisted in the navy. Robert will go into the service as a welder in the Seabees. His wife will remain in Davenport, where she is employed.

Robert Wooldridge is now located at Camp Perry, Williamsburg, Virginia, he having enlisted in the Seabees and is receiving special training as a welder.

Robert Edward Wooldridge was born Dec. 25, 1922 to Lysle A. and Elgia Fern Reese Wooldridge. He died in 2017 and is buried in Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, Mesa, AZ.
