Charles Raymond ‘Ray’ White was born June 17, 1918 to John Bertram and Margaret Blanche McMillen White Whaley. He was the stepson of Hugh Whaley. Ray died Apr. 19, 1975 in Torrance, CA.
Sgt. White served with the U.S. Army in World War II.
