Our Neighbors in the Services
Anthon, Iowa – Benjamin F. Ward, son of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin F. Ward of Anthon has been promoted recently to the rank of captain at Peterson field, Colorado, where he is now stationed. Upon entering the service June 13, 1938, Captain Ward was assigned to duty with the army medical corps. He now is assigned to duty as field veterinarian.
