Robert William Tupper was born Oct. 5, 1923 to E. William and Elthea Bronson Tupper. He died Nov. 25, 1943 and is buried in Resthaven Cemetery, West Des Moines, IA.
Lt. Tupper served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 124th Observation Squadron and died near Liberal, KS, as the result of an airplane accident.
