Harold Robert Sandeen, Jr. was born June 10, 1921 to Harold R. (Sr.) and Mabel L. Sandeen. He died Sept. 7, 1944 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.
Pvt. Sandeen served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps Headquarters Squadron, 5th Air Base Group and was MIA/KIA and was awarded the Purple Heart.
