Sgt. Theodore Stephenson



Theodore Stephenson was born 1917 to Vernon Theodore and Mary Alberta Burk Stephenson. He died Nov. 13, 1943 and is memorialized at Cambridge American Cemetery, Cambridge, England.

Sgt. Stephenson was a first engineer aboard a Liberator bomber last reported by radio contacts to be going down into waters of the North Sea off the coast of Holland. He was first reported missing action, later declared killed in action.

Sgt. Stephenson was awarded the Purple Heart and Air Medal.
