GET SILVER WINGS
AT ARMY AIR FIELD

The largest class in the history of the central unit of the army air forces training command, Randolph Field, Texas, last Tuesday stepped out of the ranks of cadets into the ranks of the army air forces fighter and bomber pilots.  This was the second class to graduate during 1944. And into this the world’s greatest air force were graduates from every state of the union.

TWO FROM KOSSUTH
The new pilots include two boys from Kossuth county.  One of them is Robert A. Stebritz, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Stebritz, 1104 E. North street. He joined the army air corps Feb. 2, 1943.  (photo included)

The other is Dale E. Dunn, of near West Bend. He has been with the air corps since December, 1942.
