Robert LeRoy Sprout was born Oct. 30, 1923 to LeRoy and Edith G. Sprout. He died May 5, 1945 and is buried in Cambridge American Cemetery, Cambridge, England.
Lt. Sprout served in World Wr II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 326th Bomber Squadron, 92nd Bomber Group, Heavy and died as the result of a plane crash in England. He was awarded the Air medal with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters.
