Richard Leland Snyder was born July 27, 1925 to Elmer L. and Clara Cecelia Berglund Snyder. He died Oct. 8, 2010 and is buried in Lawn Hill Cemetery, Stanhope, IA.
Cpl. Snyder served with the U.S. Marine Corps in World War II.
