Akron, Ia.—Cpl. Eldon Small returned to Charleston, S.C., Sunday night after spending a furlough in the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Avery Small, and also other relatives and friends.

Eldon Wayne Small was born Nov. 25, 1923 to Avery and Grace Stinton Small. He died Feb. 17, 2003 and is buried in Riverside Cemetery, Akron, IA.
