Men And Women in Service.
Neil C. Scott, 3619 Glenn Avenue, Burton M. Lipshutz, 2919 Sunset Circle and James E. Griffin, 719 37th Street, have been sworn into the army enlisted reserve corps. Under the army’s new program for 17-year-olds, they will be given the privilege of choosing the month in which they wish to be called to active duty within six months after reaching their 18th birthday.
