Robert Charles Schlotfelt was born Aug. 30, 1922 to John Holck and Pearl E. Gillan Schlotfelt. He died Nov. 16, 1991 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Vinton, IA.
Pvt. Schlotfelt served with the U.S. Marine Corps in World War II and was wounded in action.
