Harold E. Sadel, S 2/c

 

Sadel Brothers, Sister Serving

Three members of the Sadel family are now in service with the navy. Maxine Sadel, Ph. M. 3/c, enlisted with the WAVES in April, 1943. She received her boot training at Hunter College, N.Y., and since that time has been stationed at Kingsville, Tex. She has the following address: Maxine M. Sadel, Ph.M. 3/c, U.S. N. A. A. S., Dispensary, Kingsville, Tex.

Arthur Richard Sadel, S 1/c, entered the service in July, 1943, and has been in New Guinea the past few months.

Harold E. Sadel, S 2/c, has returned to Farragut, Ida., after spending a 15 day leave at the home of his wife, Mrs. Lily Sadel, 317 Burnside avenue.

They are the daughter and sons of Mrs. Ethel Ballanger, 1201/2 West Second street and Edward Sadel of Letts.

Harold Edward Sadel was born Jan. 19, 1920 to Edward and Ethel Steinmetz Sadel. He died Apr. 14, 2010 and is buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Muscatine, IA.
