Lester Grayden Ritland was born Mar. 25, 1909 to Simon and Mabel Ritland. He died Feb. 7, 1944 and is buried in Sicily-Rome American Cemetery, Nettuno, Italy.
Pvt. Ritland served in World War II with the U.S. Army 10th Field Artillery Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division and was KIA and awarded the Purple Heart.
