Ralph Edward Ruppert was born Dec. 21, 1922 to Charles William and Katherine M. Dohrer Ruppert. He died Nov. 19, 1944 and is buried in Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery and Memorial, Henri-Chapelle, Liege, Belgium.
Pvt. Ruppert served in World War II with the U.S. Army 109th Infantry Regiment, 28th Infantry Division and was KIA in Germany. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
