Lawrence E. Rickard, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Rickard, 212 W. 25th Street, has been graduated from a 12-week navy aerographer’s school at the naval air station, Lakehurst, N.J. and has been promoted from seaman first class to aerographer, third class.
