Cpl. Frank Rezek, son of Mrs. Harry Buehholz, 1334 Jennings Street, recently completed three years of service overseas, serving with an antiaircraft artillery automatic weapons battalion.

Frank Rezek, technician fifth grade, son of Mrs. Harry Buchholz, 1334 Jennings Street, a veteran of 43 months in the southwest Pacific with the 945th antiaircraft artillery automatic heavy weapons battalion, arrived in Tacoma, Washington, Monday and is expected to receive his discharge and arrive home about November 1. Mr. Rezek was inducted in August 1941 and left the States in January, 1942. He served in the northern Solomons and on Leyte in the Philippines. He has been awarded the American defense ribbons, the Asiatic-Pacific campaign ribbon with a bronze star, the Philippine medal of liberation and good conduct medal and clasp.
