Obed Ray Quelland was born Aug. 27, 1922 to Nels and Grace Rasmussen Quelland. He died June 27, 2001 and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
Capt. Quelland served with the U.S. Navy in World War II, Korea and Vietnam.
