Merle O. Poulson was born May 6, 1916 to Everett A. and Dora M. Nichols Poulson.
Sgt. Poulson served with the 1st Battalion, 133rd Infantry of the 34th Division. He was awarded the Purple Heart, European Theater with three Battle Stars and the Combat Infantryman Badge.
