Claude Orlo Poole, Jr. was born Apr. 23, 1915 to Claude Orlo (Sr.) and Isabelle Margaret Poole. He died Jan. 31, 1943 and is buried in North Africa American Cemetery, Tunis, Tunisia.
Cpl. Poole served in World War II with the U.S. Army 168th Infantry Regiment, 34th Infantry Division and was KIA in Tunisia, North Africa and awarded the Purple Heart.
